AR-15 300 Blackout Barrel Extension

A barrel extension made specifically for the 300 blackout caliber. Our barrel extensions are machined to match grade standards, with integral feed ramps that are larger than those on the M4s. All extensions have pre-drilled locator pin hole for fast, easy barrel installations. Made from 8620 steel and heat treat hardened to the ideal hardness to make the most durable extension possible, then fully machined after heat treatment including single point threading to maintain dimensional consistency for optimal performance. All dimensions are held to extremally tight tolerances and the head space is kept within + or – .0003. Our proprietary lug face chamfer design is to help eliminate stress points and will improve function and decrease jamming, due to fast cycling. Accuracy starts with barrel alignment. Don’t limit your build because of the barrel extension. Orders will include the locating pin.
